The Initial Interior Design Consultation Fee is $100, and the fee will be deducted from the overall project fee if and when you decide to go ahead.

I charge an hourly rate of $75 or I can quote a fixed price for the project.
A One Day One Room redesign for an average size room would be $400–500.
Any additional assistant needed for movement of heavy furniture and for art placement will be charged at $20 per hour.

Shopping fee is $50 per hour, billed for every ½ hr.

Staging (redesign to sell) - initial consultation will take 2-3 hours, when I will assess the needs inside and outside. I will then supply you with a written overview of the recommended enhancements. Fees start at $250 (exact fee depends on size of home).

Initial Lighting Consultation - 2 hours consultation to review exsisting lighting, discuss needs, tastes and preferences: $100. Further work will be billed at an hourly rate of $75.
