As the real estate market is slowing down, we now see that homes are sitting on the market much longer and that price reductions are often needed to sell a home.
In this market, it is critical to stage your property. The good news is that staging your home is most likely less expensive than you think.
Call me and I will for a flat fee of $250 review your home and provide you with a detailed list of what changes are need. Then it is up to you if you decide to implement the changes on your own or let me take care of it for you.
To get started, declutter your place and pack down and store things that you don’t need. You want to move, so you might as well get started, right.

I just decided to visit this year’s Beverly Hills Garden & Interior Design Show case. It is at the historic Greystone Estate from Oct. 25th - Nov. 11th. I am sure it will be a great inspiration for more traditional Interior design. If you don’t have a chance to go, then visit my site again around mid Nov. and I will let you know what found interesting.
Last week I went to a design event at Crate&Barrel here in the South Bay. I do like their new store and I want to tell you about a some of things which are on my shopping list.
They have some hip new table lamps with a bit of a retro feel. My favorite one is Square Table Lamp with a white-on-white inset squares in satin-finish ceramic paired with a black shade. I think I want a pair for my guest room and who can beat the price of only $49.95.
Also, I love the Seguro serie, especially the large wall mirror and the bench/coffee table. The Seguro serie is made from reclaimed peroba wood with a rough and unique finish.
