Beach house
How do you give your home that beach feel?

I am in the process of renovating our loft area. I have decided on a beachy look, so I went shopping for just the right accessories.
Here in the South Bay, there are quite a few small interior design and vintage shops that offer just the right accessories for that beach look.
At Maison Luxe in Manhattan Beach, I found this great sea urchin bowl - great for decor or for a small bouquet of flowers. I also loved their side tables which have a rough casual look. You can use them together or seperately.

The selection of shells at The Summer Place is impressive. I love their vintage beach signs which are perfect for a causal beachy bathroom or a guest room. What do you think? The picture frames made from recycled wood have great texture and colors.
At Water Leaf in the MB Village, they have neat ceramic side tables and some great glass wear for your kids (or your) shell collection. The store has a great beach feel.
